Every franchisee has their own upload page in the Rikor RMS, where they upload their certificate of insurance (COI) and see their results. You don't need to send them the link. Here is how franchisees get to it, and what to do when one can't.
Rikor's emails carry the link
Rikor emails franchisees automatically when their certificate is missing or needs attention. The emails come from your brand's name via RIKOR, and each one has a button that opens the franchisee's own upload page:
| When Rikor emails | Button |
|---|---|
| No approved certificate on file yet | Upload My COI |
| A required coverage can't be verified | Upload Current COI |
| A coverage doesn't meet your requirements | Upload Corrected COI (or See Details and Upload when their review results are already out) |
| A policy is expiring | Upload Renewed COI |
| A policy has lapsed | Upload Current COI |
| Their review is done | View My Coverage Status (all requirements met) or See Details and Upload |
Which of these reminders go out depends on the monitoring set up for your brand. They go to the franchisee's email on file and to each person on their team with Compliance emails turned on. Franchisees can turn that on for their own people under Users (see How to add users and contacts).
The link is not a password. Whoever opens it signs in with a six-digit code sent to an email on file for that business: the owner's, the insurance email, or one of their contacts.
Franchisees can always sign in
A franchisee with a login doesn't need the email. They sign in at app.rikor.io, open Compliance and click Upload Certificate. Step-by-step instructions for franchisees are in How to upload a COI.

You can upload it for them
If a franchisee emails you their certificate, upload it yourself: open the location in Franchisees, choose Compliance and click Upload Certificate. See How to upload a COI on behalf of a franchisee.
If a franchisee can't find the email
- Ask them to search their inbox and spam for an email from your brand's name via RIKOR.
- If they still can't find it, they or you can email support@rikor.io with the business name. We'll resend the link.
- If no sign-in code arrives, the address they're using isn't on file for the business. Email support@rikor.io with the right address and we'll update it.
How this protects your brand
Monitoring shows you where a franchisee's insurance falls short. The way to close those gaps for good is to have franchisees insured right from the start. Franchisees insured through Rikor get coverage built to your brand's requirements by a dedicated Rikor consultant, and with monitoring on they're 93.3% compliant, against 48% for franchisees insured elsewhere. Make sure your brand's Rikor link is in your franchisee onboarding: Add Rikor to your franchisee onboarding.
