Getting your franchisees into the RMS

• FranConnect. Rikor can import your franchisee roster from FranConnect. Rikor runs the sync, so tell us when you add or close locations and we'll sync again. Data flows one way, from FranConnect into the RMS.
• A spreadsheet. If you use another franchise management system, or none, send us a spreadsheet of your franchisees, one row per location: the legal business name, address, opening date, and the owner's name and email. Rikor imports it for you.

Earlier versions of this page listed ServiceMinder and ClientTether. Those connections aren't available in the current RMS; use a spreadsheet export instead. If you use a different system, let us know. We can't guarantee an integration, but we build based on demand.

Getting data out of the RMS

You can download your compliance data as a CSV file: use Export CSV on the Franchisee Compliance Matrix in Analytics, or open the View menu on the Franchisees list and choose Export CSV. The Franchisees export includes the locations your filters show.
