Key Steps:
- If you don't have an email that has been sent to you from Rikor, navigate to app.rikor.io to login
- Use the “Send a Code” option if you don't have a password
- Be sure to use the exact same email that you use for your franchise
- Navigate to the compliance tab on the portal to view a list of requirements and issues that need to be addressed.
- Check the report section in the portal to identify specific issues highlighted in red, indicating areas that require attention.
- If you are uploading a new certificate of insurance, review the page where the upload takes place to identify any issues that need to be corrected.
- Look for the view report option on the page to access a detailed list of outstanding items that need to be corrected to ensure the proper insurance coverage is in place.
