This page is for Rikor insurance clients. Your bill comes from your insurance company (the carrier) or, if you financed your policy, from the finance company. You pay them directly. This page lists where to pay each carrier and how to set up automatic payments.

A missed payment can cancel your policy, and a cancelled policy leaves your business unprotected and out of line with your brand's requirements. Autopay is the simplest way to avoid that.

Where to pay

Your carrier's name is on your policy and your bill. If the bill shows a different number or website, use the one on the bill.

Financed your policy? Pay the finance company, not the carrier. Paying the carrier by mistake can leave the finance account unpaid and cancel the policy.

Set up autopay

For many policies we set up installments for you when you buy. Some carriers, including Chubb, UFG, Travelers and Philadelphia Insurance, don't let us turn on automatic payments for you, so you set it up directly with the carrier. Paying the down payment through us doesn't turn on autopay for the payments that follow.

Before you start, have:

  • The insured name, exactly as it appears on your policy
  • Your policy number
  • Your bank account information

Step 1. Go to your carrier's website

Use the link in the table above.

Step 2. Choose automatic payments

Look for an option such as "Register for automatic payments" or "Enroll in autopay." The wording differs by carrier.

Step 3. Enter your details

Enter the insured name, your policy number and your bank account information, then confirm.

If something goes wrong

  • You're not sure who your carrier is. Email support@rikor.io and we'll tell you who to pay and how.
  • The carrier's site doesn't recognize your policy. Check the policy number and insured name against your bill, or call the number on the bill.
  • You got a cancellation notice. Email support@rikor.io the same day with a copy of the notice. There is usually a short window to pay and keep the policy in force.
  • Your bill went up and you don't know why. See Billing surprises and how to avoid them.
