NEW ZEE ONBOARDING/QUOTING PROCESS: 

Franchisees partner with us because we keep the insurance purchasing process simple. Our goal is to make it simple and transparent. 

During our discovery call our dedicated franchise brand consultants will get to know you, and your needs. What they won't be doing is asking you a whole lot of questions about your business, what it is, what you do etc. Our partnership with the franchise brand makes this possible. 

If you have specific questions regarding your risk, exposures or what insurance is, feel free to ask during the discovery call or insurance package review.

When our clients are prepared to request a quote the fastest way to initiate this is through our quote request form.

  2. Enter your email address
  3. Confirm your identity with the verification # in your email
  4. Complete your form
  5. Press “Get Quote” 

This will initiate our team to actively take your insurance to market and properly cover your business. The process generally takes 7 business days, barring unusual and unforeseeable circumstances.

We do take our speed seriously, but if you are renewing your policy, this takes 45 days, generally, and we do recommend beginning on time when you are contacted via email. Please check spam. 

POLICY SERVICING:  

Many of our clients need support for their policies, either requesting certificates or making policy updates. If you need to obtain a certificate quickly, email support@rikor.io. If you need to make any updates to your policy, email support@rikor.io. Sometimes, our clients just need to speak with someone and ask a question, please feel free to call us at 844-616-9663.

DIRECT LINE

Some of our clients have an emergent need that requires a direct call to our office. Our staff is located in the MST time zone from 9:00–5:00. If you don’t get through to a consultant, do leave a voicemail and we’ll respond as soon as time permits. The most rapid response will be through SMS text messaging our mainline at 844-616-9663.
