1. Franchisees with No Coverage from Rikor
These are franchise owners who have chosen to secure their insurance policies entirely outside of Rikor. They may have coverage from other providers, but Rikor does not manage or monitor their policies. This group often faces challenges like inconsistent coverage, policy exclusions, or issues with meeting franchisor requirements.

2. Franchisees with Partial Coverage from Rikor
These franchise owners use Rikor for some of their insurance needs but not all. For example, Rikor might provide Workers’ Compensation (WC) and Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI), but the franchisee secures other policies like Auto Insurance from an external provider, such as State Farm. This group benefits from Rikor’s expertise in key areas but may experience gaps or complications in managing multiple providers.

3. Franchisees with All Coverage from Rikor
These franchise owners rely fully on Rikor for all their insurance policies. Rikor manages and monitors all aspects of their insurance needs, ensuring seamless coverage, compliance with franchisor requirements, and protection from unexpected risks like audits or coverage gaps. This group experiences the full benefits of Rikor’s expertise and comprehensive support.

4. Franchisors
Franchisors are the corporate leaders of franchise systems who partner with Rikor to monitor and manage insurance compliance across their entire network of franchisees. Rikor ensures all Certificates of Insurance (COIs) are monitored for every type of franchisee, including:

  • Franchisees with No Coverage from Rikor: Rikor reviews their COIs to verify compliance, identify gaps, and flag issues like insufficient coverage, policy exclusions, or expired documents.
  • Franchisees with Partial Coverage from Rikor: Rikor tracks COIs for policies managed by other providers while ensuring the coverage provided by Rikor (e.g., Workers’ Compensation, EPLI) meets requirements.
  • Franchisees with All Coverage from Rikor: Rikor actively monitors these franchisees’ COIs to ensure full compliance, seamless renewals, and comprehensive coverage across all policies.

By monitoring all COIs, regardless of where the coverage is sourced, Rikor helps franchisors:

  • Enforce consistent insurance standards across their network.
  • Prevent compliance issues and risks caused by uninsured or underinsured franchisees.
  • Reduce the administrative burden of tracking COIs internally.

This comprehensive COI monitoring gives franchisors peace of mind, ensuring the entire franchise system is protected from unforeseen risks.
