Rikor Onboarding Experience
1. Discovery Call (15 Minutes):
The process begins with a quick 15-minute discovery call. During this call, we gather essential details such as the franchisee’s opening date, immediate insurance needs, and any specific requirements. This step ensures we understand the franchisee's business and goals to recommend the best insurance solutions.
2. Underwriting (1-7 Business Days depending on the customer):
Next, we move into underwriting, where we collect and analyze all necessary information and data. This includes key business details, risk factors, and coverage requirements. Accurate underwriting ensures we provide policies tailored to the franchisee's needs.
3. Carrier Quotes (1-7 Business Days):
Once underwriting is complete, we reach out to insurance carriers to gather pricing and coverage options. We review multiple quotes and select the best policy based on the franchisee's needs, ensuring a balance of competitive pricing and comprehensive coverage.
4. Closing (Customer’s Timing/Need):
When the franchisee is ready, we proceed with binding the policy. During this step, we finalize coverage, collect payment, and issue all necessary documents. This process is flexible and aligns with the franchisee’s timing or opening date.
5. Servicing (All Year Round):
Rikor’s support doesn’t stop at closing. Throughout the year, we provide continuous policy servicing, including:
- Updating policies as business needs change.
- Adjusting coverage levels as required.
- Providing Certificates of Insurance (COIs) on-demand to ensure compliance and smooth operations.
6. Renewal (90 Days Prior to Policy Expiration):
We proactively begin the renewal process 90 days before the policy expiration. During this phase, we re-market policies to carriers to ensure franchisees continue to receive the most competitive rates and coverage options available. This ensures ongoing protection and peace of mind.
